IHS3093 Sleeve and Piston Kit with 3.4375" Overbore International / Farmall - Fits: [ H, HV, I4, O4, OS4, U4, W4 (gas with C-152 engine) ]; Replaces: 374312R93, PK156, 7374313 For Rod Bearing & Main Bearing know your SN 391357> Late 2.298" Std Rod Journal; SN <391357 Early 2.248" Std Rod Journal This 4-cylinder kit has a 3.4375" overbore and stepped head pistons (dome top piston). Includes sleeves, aluminum pistons, piston ring sets, piston pins, and pin retainers. Most other sets available by special order.
