John Deere 2510

This antique 1966 John Deere 2510 tractor, Serial No. SNT713P00156R, is from a gentleman in Bedford, New York, who maintains the pastures of the local horse farms in Connecticut by spreading lime and fertilizer.

The John Deere model 2510 used a 2020 engine fitted to a modified 3020 chassis. The tractor met the need for a smaller row crop tractor still popular in the late 1960’s.

Before this tractor had arrived to us, the motor and brakes were completely overhauled by a local John Deere dealer.

The John Deere tractor was sandblasted, primed and painted with John Deere green and yellow. The tractor was then finished with a protective clear coat.
